Since Gabe took back all rights legally from the So Cal chapter . Is So Cal actually an international chapter okayed by IOTMX congress. I know Riverside was. Has anyone reapplied for So Cal? would that make them the so-called oldtimers?:)

How many Internationals has SoCal hosted post Riverside days? Now go wash your hands. Some of what you're stirring probably got on them.

This was posted by Dan on the LA website message board. It would seem that if Dan wanted to know this, he would ask one of our Board members rather than post this on a third-party message board. It seems somewhat underhanded, like it is an attempt to start up controversy.

Our Rep, RK, introduced the name change a couple of congress's ago. They accepted our annual dues check. The IOTMX gave us an International date, and we continued to run Internationals.

Dan, what is your purpose for this post? And don't you think it would have been more appropriate to post this on the SoCal website if you really had just a curiousity? And couldn't you have simply PM's one of us rather than attempt to make it look like something was amiss?

We (the SoCal Club) have done nothing but, to this point, support the idea of a San Diego chapter of the IOTMX. This post makes me wonder if that support is, indeed, warranted.

That seems like a strange topic to bring up if it didn't have more agenda than curiosity behind it.

Trucker you are right.Gabe just has the ein and Jim McConnell had all the rights to it all along. So Cal was in violation of the non profit org rule`s. By switching ein`s they complied with the law for 2009 and became a new Chapter.Sorry if my humor was misunderstood. So-called was suppose to be funny. The english liked it.(no actual harm meant to real englishmen)
